This workout kicked my butt, literally. I have not done a circuit workout since college and wow, I can’t believe it’s been 5 years since I graduated. This workout consists of 3 super sets. This means you will go back and forth from each workout with a short break between sets. Finally, we will end with an ab finisher. Don’t forget to drink lots of water and let me know in the comments if you try it out 🙂
SS 1: 3 Sets
10 Barbell Hip Thrust
10 DB Sumo RDL to Squat
SS 2: 3 Sets
10 Barbell Back Squat
10 DB RDL’s
SS 3: 3 Sets
10 Step Ups (Each Leg)
10 Glute Bridges
Finisher
Plank: 60 Sec, 45 Sec, 30 Sec
